Overview
Blue Spruce Resort offers true year-round accommodations in one, two, three, and four-bedroom options. All of our cottages feature a full kitchen equipped with dishware, cutlery, and pots and pans for cooking. Dishwashers are available in multiple cabins including AJ’s, Greenwoods, Windwood, and all of our three-bedroom cottages. A gas barbecue is provided on the outside deck. All cottages feature a wood-burning fireplace, picture windows, and electric heating. Air conditioning is available in AJ’s, Greenwood, and Windwood. Please note smoking is not permitted in any of the cottages. Ashtrays are provided on the outside decks.

Bedroom
GREENWOODS - ACCOMMODATES 2 PEOPLE
Set just 300 feet from the edge of the lake, this spacious one-bedroom cottage is amongst our most romantic. Features include an open concept floorplan with a raised bedroom area, a king-size bed, oversized hydrotherapy tub beside the bed, a dry sauna, an oversized shower by MAXX with an AquaMassage shower column by PierDeco, and a screened-in sun porch. To further enhance your getaway, relax under the stars in your own private whirlpool hot tub on the outside deck. This cozy cabin features a pine interior, stone fireplace, satellite TV, and a striking view of the lake.
AJ'S - ACCOMMODATES 2 PEOPLE
This one-bedroom, air-conditioned couple's reatreat is named after famed Group of Seven artist A.J. Casson. This open-concept cottage features a large living room, wood-burning fireplace, satellite TV, and large two-person Jacuzzi tub beside a king-sized bed. The large picture window offers an excellent view of the lake. This cottage is very private.

There is a three-piece bathroom with a tub. All cottages have Bell Express View TVs and Wi-Fi via Starlink for those who enjoy surfing the net or need to complete work while away.

C10 - Accommodates 4 people
This two-bedroom cottage features a queen-size bed in each bedroom, a large living room, hydrotherapy tub, wood-burning fireplace, and a lake-view deck.
C11 - Accommodates 4 people
This two-bedroom cottage features a queen-sized bed in one bedroom and two twin beds in the other bedroom. The spacious kitchen, dining, and living areas are all finished in pine. This cottage also features a wood-burning fireplace and large two-person Jacuzzi tub, plus, an outstanding view down the length of the lake.

C1 - Accommodates 6 people
C1 is one of our largest cottages. It features three bedrooms with a queen-sized bed in one bedroom and two twin beds in each of the other two bedrooms. It also includes 1.5 bathrooms, a Whirlpool tub, wood-burning fireplace, extra large living area finished in pine, a vaulted ceiling, and a large, lake-view deck.

C3 - Accommodates 6 people
This cottage features three bedrooms with a queen-sized bed in one, a double bed in the second, and two twin beds in the third. It also includes 1.5 bathrooms (one with a hydrotherapy tub), vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, and a large, lake-view deck.
C7 - Accommodates 6 people
This wonderful three-bedroom, round log cottage offers a fantastic view of the lake. It features two double beds in one bedroom and a queen-sized bed in each of the other two bedrooms. Also included are high cathedral ceilings, a stone fireplace, Jacuzzi tub, large living area, and a large lake-view deck.
C12 - Accommodates 8 people
One of our finest cottages, Cottage 12 has been renovated and refreshed. This three-bedroom cottage includes a king bed in one bedroom, two queen beds in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third. This cathedral ceiling cottage features a full kitchen with island, as well as a spacious dining room and living area, stone, wood-burning fireplace, and great views of the lake from within the cottage and on the deck. There is a two-piece powder room and a three-piece main washroom with walk-in shower. Washroom, powder room and mudroom floors are heated. This cottage includes heating and air-conditioning for year-round comfort. All cottages have Bell Express View TVs and Wi-Fi via Starlink for those who enjoy surfing the net or need to complete work while away.
Ranch - Accommodates 6 people
An exceptional country cottage, the Ranch offers three bedrooms with a queen-size bed in two bedrooms and two twin beds in the third. It also features a stone fireplace, sun porch, satellite TV, and an extra large, lake-view deck. This is a great cottage for those guests seeking more privacy.

Bedroom
Windwood - Accommodates 9 people
The Windwood is set amidst the tall white pines on the highest spot of the property and features a magnificent view of Oxtongue Lake. Built into the hillside, this newly renovated, two-story, 2500-square-foot beauty boasts a great room with oak furniture, a gas fireplace, and air conditioning. The Algonquin Room (screened-in porch) overlooks Oxtongue Lake and can be accessed from the great room, as well as from the extra-large deck. This wonderful four-bedroom cottage includes a king-sized bed in two bedrooms, two queen beds in the third, and a twin bed in the fourth. The main, upper-level bathroom has a 5' wide, multi-head shower and two-person hydrotherapy tub. The lower level has a second bathroom with a stand-alone shower and a second TV/living room. This true country treasure is very private and perfect for large groups.
Our Motel Suites & Studios
Blue Spruce Resort offers a multitude of motel suites and studios. All of our suites and studios offer full kitchens equipped with all necessary dishware and cooking utensils. Suites include wood-burning fireplaces. All suites and studios have picture windows with a view of the lake, are electrically heated, and have air conditioning. All suites and studios are non-smoking.
